Countryside Day Colonos

At a really beautiful estancia you will meet this austral land’s local people, and spend time with them learning about their traditions and way of life, in a pristine environment. The estancia owners will take you to explore the area where you can observe the ranch activities and watch the shepherd dogs gather the sheep. Then they will guide and assist you during an extraordinary horse ride. You will explore forests amongst mountains, and will observe a great number of birds during the ride. You will travel on the fields that belong to the ranch, allowing the riders of different levels to choose to pace, trote, or gallop, while admiring the overwhealming surroundings until you reach lake Aníbal Pinto’s shore.

This rural day-tour includes a delicious and completely organic lunch with appetizer and starter (pisco sour and home-made del nonno prosciutto), slowly cooked lamb barbecue, with pebre salsa, potatoes with skin, salad from the vegetable garden, wine and dessert, everything made from scratch with the farm’s own products.
