Countryside Day El Gaucho

At this really beautiful estancia you will meet this austral land’s local people, and spend time with them learning about their traditions and way of life, in a pristine environment. The gauchos will take you to explore the area, where you can observe the ranch activities and watch the shepherd dogs gathering the sheep.

This rural day tour includes a delicious and completely organic lunch with appetizer and starter (pisco sour and home-made del nonno prosciutto), slowly cooked lamb barbecue, with pebre salsa, potatoes with skin, salad from the vegetable garden, wine and dessert, everything made from scratch with farms’ own products.

Besides the beauty and culture of the estancia, you will enjoy a privileged setting amongst mountains, with native vegetation and wildlife, in a truly remote landscape.
